No Refunds · Cancel Anytime
- Wife BleuPrint and Flight School Runway Pass subscriptions may be cancelled anytime through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal.
- Access continues through the current paid-through date and then locks. No prorated refunds or credits are issued for unused time in a billing period.
- Individual Flight Sessions, coaching, replays, downloads and other digital products are final sale once purchased or access is granted. Missing a live session does not qualify for a refund.
- If a session is rescheduled, your purchase automatically transfers to the new date.
- If the steward cancels a session, you will be offered a transfer to a replacement session or account credit. If neither can be provided, a steward-authorized refund may be issued.
- Exceptions remain for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, unresolved failure to deliver purchased access, fraud, and where a refund is required by law. Any exception is authorized by the steward and processed securely through Stripe.
